Client Communication: Texting
Now more than ever, client communication is essential. However, industry regulations can complicate what tools we can use.
I’m pleased to inform you that I am now able to send text messages compliantly. From your perspective, you will send and receive text messages as you normally do.
In order for us to text, I will need you to complete the simple steps below.
- You will receive a text from Cindy Cavener-Sumner with Cavener Wealth Management via our new texting number 817-326-6390, which is the same as the office phone number.
- Reply to that text with the word “accept.” Do not include any spaces, dashes or characters.
- Save this number as my new texting number and you can also call this number to get a hold of me.
If you do not receive a text from us and would like to communicate via text, please complete the following.
- Send a text to our new texting number 817-326-6390 with just the keyword accept – no spaces, or dashes or other characters.
- Open the next text message; an auto-reply text with instructions for how to opt out.
- Save this number as my new texting number and you can also call this number to get a hold of me.
